Create a Home for Innovation

Create a Home for Innovation

Your organization deserves a central home for innovation. Without one, ideas end up scattered, buried in inboxes or forgotten in spreadsheets. So create a shared space that’s easy to use, easy to update, and built for action.

Here’s our simple checklist for your innovation workspace:

  1. Add 2–3 admins who’ll help manage the workspace. They’ll be your drivers of progress.
  2. Choose authentication that fits your org. SSO, Google Auth or Microsoft login. Just make sure access is easy but secure. Best case scenario: the SSO includes team or department information.
  3. Set up branding so the workspace feels like your company, incl. your logo, colors, and a welcome message on the login screen.
  4. Create a team for evaluators so it’s easy to invite them to rate ideas and decide on rating criteria. Or keep the industry standard rating ICE rating scale: Impact, Confidence, Ease.
  5. Set up a simple idea form that’s good enough for your Pilot project. Or keep the standard idea form: Title, Description, Attachment.
