Manage Ideas and Full Access Toggle
- Full Access Mode Toggle: Users with Full Access to Idea Collections can now decide if they want to make use of full editing rights or not.
- You can now select 'Manage ideas' as a new access setting inside the Share dialog in idea collections. This grants users access to edit ideas, change their phases and update their statuses, but not access to edit the the underlying Idea Collection and its details and settings.
