Generating ideas needs generosity of thought, generosity of sharing and a generous platform to share & mull over ideas, together. I have found the founders have a generous attitude too! Which likely is a reason for the generosity to spill over into the design, structure and how this platform works.

Validating Ideas and taking action on it is the process I follow but there's no relevant platform and i use to play that by modififying to do list platforms but that makes a mess. Simplicity in platform is what I liked the most.

Really simple to set up and not hard for team members to join either. The SSO integration makes it pretty easy, less passwords to remember. Capturing innovations is quite nice, and I like the built in data analytics features (especially when you can visualise where the ideas came from).

There's not enough tools that are focused on idea generation and the management of these ideas into coherent thoughts that can be turned into products/services. I love the layout and just general finesse of the tool and found it really easy to just jump in and get thoughts out of my head.
