From inception to realization, Statuses keep your ideas on track and organized with efficiency and clarity.

Whether they are Active, Completed, or Archived, you are in full control of each idea's status and can tailor the meaning of each status, aligning them perfectly with your organization's unique processes.

It is also a great way to track progress of ideas across Idea Collections, especially if they have different Phases.

Each status has one flagged as a Default which means the primary sub-status that ideas get unless adjusted by an Editor.

Add a Custom Status

Settings -> Statuses
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Statuses
  3. Select the Type
  4. Click on Add Status
  5. Click Save

Change a Status

Change Status From the Idea Card
  1. Click on the 3 dots on the Idea Card
  2. Select Change Status
  3. Select new Status Type
