Searchable Languages and Rich Email Editor
- You can now define a "Translation Context" that is passed onto the AI when generating automatic translations of ideas and comments. You can use this to guide the AI when translating ideas, for example with list of terms it should respect and map between.
- You can now set up Background Translation of Searchable Languages in your Workspace AI settings. Translations will be automatically generated in the background for any language selected here. Please note that this consumes AI suggestions.
- Users can now search for ideas in their own language if a translation exists for it. This is especially useful in combination with the new Searchable Languages feature.
- Users can now opt in to defaulting to seeing auto-translated ideas and comments via their profile settings, if their preferred language is defined as a Searchable Language on your Workspace.
- 'Send Email' actions now support a Rich text/WYSIWYG editor for "Paragraph" elements.
- Added a sticky toolbar in the idea collection details rich text editor.
- The 'Owner' field on 'Create idea' and 'Create form entry' actions now support dynamic bindings again. You can now define the size of images in 'Image Choice' idea fields
- Improvements to the styling of the Share dialog.
- Updated idea widget description text contrast for better readability.
- Refined color contrast of gray colors for improved accessibility
- Updated the “Send Message” email text for improved readability.
- Updated the 'Phase' label inside Form Entry filters and conditions to “Form Entry Phase”, to better distinguish it from the underlying idea phase.
- Changed data export permissions so users with “Manage ideas” access can export idea collection data
- Fixed a bug where all formatting on descriptions of idea collections would be lost when a user opened the Idea Collection settings.
- Fixed a bug where the counts could be off in Excel exports of 'Dynamic' Map charts
- Fixed incorrect counts in bulk user actions.
- Fixed an issue where the same user (or idea, etc) could appear multiple times in "List' charts.
- Fixed inconsistencies relating to when and where idea counts include co-owned ideas or not.
- Fixed an issue where timezone information could be lost inside date pickers, causing dates to be off by up to two dates, depending on the user's location.
- Fixed an issue where selecting a country code in an empty phone number field would insert the country code twice.
- Fixed an issue where selecting languages such as French would continue to show some English translations.
- Fixed an issue where checkmark idea fields with min/max restrictions would be ignored during submission, including in the idea widget
