Time-in-phase Tracking and Automation History
- Added time-in-phase tracking so you can see how long ideas spend in each phase, filter and sort ideas by phase duration, and create charts with this new value.
- Added an Activity Log for automations to show their history, including on-demand runs, pauses, and other changes.
- Overhauled the custom filter sidebar with a new design and user experience.
- Added a Status Reason column in List View and Excel exports to show the written reason for each idea’s latest status change.
- Updated the automation expression picker to list steps in workflow order.
- Updated “Update Idea” automation actions to report invalid checklist or choice values instead of silently dropping them.
- Changed user management to prevent removing, disabling, or demoting the last active Workspace Owner.
- Changed “New User” and “Delete User” automation triggers to be available only in workspace automations. Existing idea collection automations using these unsupported triggers are disabled.
- Fixed the missing dynamic expression picker button on checklist fields in “Create Idea” and “Update Idea” automation actions.
- Fixed dynamic variable pickers offering internal IDs alongside Friendly IDs.
- Fixed automation run summaries reporting too few updated ideas in longer runs.
- Fixed automation run summaries and status reasons showing internal variable references instead of their current names.
- Fixed outdated references remaining in automation filters after editing and saving them, preventing invalid-reference warnings from being cleared.
- Fixed AI Autofill failing when Date fields had dynamic, empty, or invalid date limits.
- Fixed automation description changes appearing as unreadable activity labels in Profile → Activities.
- Fixed notification popups sometimes appearing twice for the same notification.
- Fixed attachments on newly received comments only appearing after a page refresh.
- Fixed idea titles appearing empty when opening the edit form on slower devices, which could clear the title when saving.
- Fixed automatic translations overwriting newer edits to idea fields or comments.
