Added Quick Drafts: create lightweight drafts and turn them into ideas later. Quick Drafts can be enabled in Workspace security settings; they use AI (when available) to suggest the best matching idea collection and align with its template, with a graceful fallback when AI isn’t available.

Added "Drafts" page to sidebar that makes it possible to easily administer Idea Drafts across Idea Collections.

Fixed collapsed sections not staying collapsed when navigating between pages.
