AI Automation Enhancements and UI Improvements
- AI automation steps can now respond with Structured JSON, conforming to a JSON schema you provide, or that you write with the help our new AI tool, that is built into the same feature
- Added a global 'Enable AI' toggle that can be used to disable all AI features with one click
- Improved the UI of text fields with a minimum length. It is now visible exactly how many characters the user still needs to type in to match the requirements
- 'Create Idea' and 'Create Form Entry' automation actions now also support selecting co-owners.
- Hovering over the deadline for an idea collection will now reveal the absolute date and time that it will end
- It is now visible that a workspace has exceeded its limits from the login screen
- Fixed an issue where at-mentions didn't in Microsoft Teams
- Fixed an issue where writing a custom reason when selecting a status for an idea didn't work
- Fixed an issue where the 'Autofill' button was visible inside 'Add idea' dialogs in regions that do not support AI text processing
- Fixed an issue where selecting an idea collection deadline would not show the correct value
- Fixed an issue where references to form fields AI automation step prompts inside idea collection templates wouldn't be updated correctly, leading to broken automations. Note that this fix only works for future templates.
- Loosened restrictions inside 'Create Idea', 'Create Form Entry', and 'Create Comment' automation actions so that any anonymity and owner/sener can be selected, irrespective of access to the underlying idea collection
