Empowering Users is a top priority at Ideanote, and that's why we have given them the power to curate their own profile to match their unique preferences - it's as simple as clicking on their name!

Edit Profiles

With the Edit Profile option, Users can:

1. Change their profile picture
2. Add a Bio
3. Change the Language
4. Change the Notifications Schedule
5. Change Email and Login details

Disable Profiles Edit

As a part of our commitment to safeguarding your data, Workspace Owners or Admin Users hold the power to prevent any unauthorized changes to account details.

While Users will maintain their personalized profiles, you will enjoy peace of mind knowing that sensitive information remains secure and tamper-proof.

To disable:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go To Security
3. Go to Permission
4. Disable Allow Users to Edit Profiles
