Small UI Fixes
- The bulk actions in the idea list is now available again
- When saving images to the rich text editor, they show up also after reloading
- Fixes some issues related to showing time
- Fixes the button in the app bar that takes the user to the profile page
- Instead of rendering a blank PDF in teams we now render a PDF logo and the name of the file (its not currently possible to render the PDF inline because of MS teams security).
