Use Best Practice Idea Collections

Idea Collections are a goal-driven way to collect ideas, centered around a challenging question.

Well-framed and goal-driven Idea Collections will secure the most innovative ideas, engagement from an audience and deliver impact.

Idea Collections can be categorized into Sections (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Products, HR etc) in the workspace to achieve an efficient and focused innovation process.

Newly created Ideanote Workspaces come with an AI generated Idea Collection as example. This can be used as is, amended or deleted if needed.

Tip: Please add relevant Sections for Idea Collections when your Workspace is created to keep everything structured.

Learn how to Share and Invite

A newly created Idea Collection is automatically private until it is shared with others.

There are 3 primary ways to share an Idea Collection:

1. Click the Share button or,
2. Use a Shareable Link to let colleagues add ideas or,
3. Use Widgets to invite specific colleagues, teams or the entire Organization
