Believe me, I have used similar software and I tell you that most are expensive, targeting enterprise clients only, and they usually have slowed down with their new feature development. The Ideanote team is hungry and passionate to succeed, I noticed straight away from their initial communication.

I have been keeping an eye on this since late May to see how the developer interacted with the community and I have been extremely impressed!The product was already feature rich and technically impressive but the developer's openness to feedback and responsiveness sealed the deal.
I was in doubt to buy it or not before the webinar. I just jumped in after I saw the cool stuffs they prepared. On-boarding is great, UI/UX is fantastic and most importantly the attitude they show to their customers is remarkable.
The people behind Ideanote are one of the best support experiences I ever had. Not just the help or support tools they may already have available online. As a client you count with the option to do a virtual face-to-face support with them which, I found invaluable and that tells you their passion.
Ideas are what sets us apart from others, one could compete with products and business but if someone maps and acts on innovative ideas they are literally competition proof. I am impressed with their customer service as well. I wanted to make it on my own subdomain and they are making it happen.

I recommend! Ideanote is a simple, but seemingly powerful application with A+ support. I spoke with Jakob (the CEO) via chat support for an hour last night talking about ways to improve the platform for my use case and he added those ideas to their development plan.
When I started using Ideanote, it was not yet possible to delete members that I had added to the system. Support told me that this option makes sense for the platform and that feature will be added with the next update. This was not an empty promise: Two weeks later the feature was live.
