The sources of this third party Personal Information may include contact enrichment and lead generation providers and and targeted online advertising providers

This Agreement does not limit in any way Our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information, and We reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to Our partners, advertisers and other third parties at Our discretion.

We may share your personal information within the Ideanote corporate family to enhance our services. This information may also be provided to consultants and vendors that assist in operating our website and performing business operations, along with third-party sub-processors. In line with our Cookie Policy, third-party advertising companies may use cookies and similar technologies to tailor advertisements to your activities on our website and across online services.

Our professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, and insurers, receive information necessary for the provision of their professional services to us. We also reserve the right to share aggregated or anonymized data, which does not personally identify you, with third parties and the public. The shared information typically involves general usage and technical metrics. If laws require us to treat such aggregated or anonymized data as personal information, we will disclose it accordingly. Otherwise, it may be shared freely.

Please note that this Agreement applies solely to the information processed by us. For your personal information's treatment on third-party websites linked from our sites, you should consult their respective privacy policies.

1.6. Retention

We retain Your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Agreement. Note that content You post may remain on the Sites even if You cease using the Sites or We terminate access to the Sites.

1.7. How We Protect Information

We implement security measures designed to protect Your information from unauthorized access. Your account is protected by Your account password and We urge You to take steps to keep Your Personal Information safe by not disclosing Your password and by logging out of Your Account after each use. 

We further protect Your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that Your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by a breach of such firewalls and/or secure server software.

We will need to verify Your identity to process Your information, access, and deletion requests. Ideanote will not forward marketing material from third parties to You. If You choose to contact Our customer service We retain the right to write back, call or otherwise contact You back.

We will forward product news, contests or useful information on how to use Our Service that We deem relevant to Your use of Our Website as We see fit. You can opt out of communication sent to You by unsubscribing from Our emails or by contacting Us directly.

2. Website General Terms

2.1. Website Eligibility

Our Website and Sites are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. Ideanote does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are under 16, You may not attempt to register for Our Website or send any information about Yourself to us, including Your name, address, telephone number, or email address. 

If We become aware that We have collected Personal Information from someone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We will delete that information promptly. If You are a parent or legal guardian of a child under 16 and believe that a child has provided Us with their Personal Information, please contact Us at the email or mailing address provided at the end of this Agreement.

2.3. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ideanote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2.4. User Content

When you transmit or submit any content, information, or data to or through our Website ("Website Content"), you are granting Ideanote a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Website Content for providing and improving the Website.

This Agreement is governed by Danish law. Not enforcing any part of this Agreement does not mean we waive our rights. If a court finds any part invalid, the rest still applies. This Agreement is the full understanding between us and replaces any previous Website agreements. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding our Website and supersedes any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Website.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and we will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our Website. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
