Add a Workspace Template

Create your very own Templates and start building your own Ideanote Library in a few easy clicks.

Create Template

  1. Go the Idea Collection
  2. Click on Edit
  3. Go to the Advanced section
  4. Click on Turn Into Template
  5. Enter all relevant Template information (Name, Description, Categories, Goals, Publish option)
  6. Click on Save and wait for the confirmation on Screen

Rename & Add a Description

Select up Categories

Select a Goal for the Template

Save as a Personal or a Workspace Template

View Template

Confirmation of Template Successfully Created


To View created & existing Templates, Go to Templates.

Under the Overview section, Click on the option (Workspace or Personal) to view saved Templates.
