What is an idea collection widget?
Do you think asking people to go to your Ideanote workspace to submit their ideas is one step too many?
We've got great news for you: you can boost your engagement and be where your audience is with the completely customizable Ideanote idea collection widget and collect ideas right on your Ghost pages.
If you're on the PRO plan or highter you can also style your widget to match your brand and define access settings and custom idea fields.

What you need
- A free Ideanote account
- An account from Ghost
- An idea collection where you have editing rights
How to embed the widget on Ghost
- Go to the idea collection you want to embed
- Click the Share button
- Click on the Embed button
- Click Get the code
- Go to Ghost
- Add the code to a custom HTML embed section
- Save or publish your page
Set up
Click the Use this integration button above of this text to get started.
If you already have an Ideanote and a Zapier account, you’ll be asked to log in, and then to either choose an idea collection, or create a new one to connect with your Ghost account.
If you don’t yet have an Ideanote or Zapier account, we’ll get you signed up, and then take you through creating an idea collection to connect with your Ghost account.
You’ll then be taken through set up over at Zapier.
